Completely bogus. I purchased two sets, large and small.These pads do not stay in place, continually move around inside the shoe, and as a result were stretched completely out of shape after just one single use. I contacted the PodiMe and the Director of the company responded in the following manner. First he offered to send me other products as compensation, products I did not order, products that I could not use. Then he asked me to return these defective items - at my expense - for his inspection to a South Australian address. Instead I've opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back. This company does not stand behind its products. PodiMe has a disclaimer on its website saying that if you are dissatisfied with any product you must return it unused in original packaging. But how can you know if a product does not work unless you take it out of the packaging and use it? This disclaimer is in fact illegal under NSW Consumer Law. This company is bogus and its products are bogus. I do not recommend purchasing these products as they do not work, are flimsy and poor quality and are very expensive for what they are. I also do not recommend dealing with this company. If you encounter a problem they are uncooperative, unhelpful and will do anything they can to avoid providing a refund. PayPal case in train, and I will get my money back.
