Q & A

What can I do when I get pain at the top of my feet?
There are many reasons why you may experience this but before you see Podiatrist you should consider wearing properly fitting shoes with good arch support. Where possible rest and ice the area to reduce inflammation. Stretching and Strengthening exercises can help too and if pain still persists you can try short term anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen. If the matter is not resolved you should make an appointment to see your podiatrist.
