The PodiMe innersole was created by podiatrists which have taken the way the foot functions into account,  the correction in the innersole is what was  found to have shown the greatest results in alleviating heel pain and also foot discomfort.the extra strong reinforced midsole ensures the arches are not collapsing whilst you are walking, consequently offloading tension on tendons in feet which can trigger heel pain.

Absolutely the primary reason we created this innersole was for plantar fasciitis as podiatrist we were seeing thousands of patients that were constantly bringing innersoles which were more like a soft liner as opposed to an innersole which provided appropriate support for the foot. Hence the birth of PodiMe -Podiatry Me. We believe you might not have access to a podiatrist but you should definitely have access for the best products for your feet. 

The replacing of an innersole depends on a few factors:

  • Level of physical activity and activities that you participate in
  • Conditions your innersoles are exposed to
  • Weight

Our Podiatrist designed innersoles are for you to wear all day every day , but its time to replace if the following occurs:

  • Arches flatten
  • Top covers peel back
  • Pain returns.


PodiMe will dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday.

Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post delivery times and vary depending on where you live. Please allow between 1-8 working days from the date of the order being shipped.

  • For metro areas our delivery time frame is 2-4 business days.
  • For regional areas our delivery time frame is 4-6 business days.
  • For remote locations our delivery time frame is 5-12 business days.

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to cancel or change orders after they’ve been placed. We recommend waiting to receive your order to initiate a return. Sorry!

We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange, as you long you subject to the below conditions.

  • Item must be returned within 21 days of receiving.
  • Pay postage of $12.95
  • Goods must be returned with proof of purchase.
  • Goods must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Any refunds will be made against the original payment method, and will be processed against the original credit card holder details.
  • Once your return has been received, please allow between 2-5 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and completed.

If your items do not meet the above criteria, we may decline the refund. In this unlikely event, you will be notified by email and the items will be posted back to you.

In the unlikely event you believe your purchase is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for a full refund.
