Q & A

What factors should I consider when choosing a pair of shoes?
1. Material – Some materials breath, some increase risk of fungal growth.
2. Fitting – It is important to get the right balance between comfort and support.
3. Shape – Best to measure length, width and arch length when determining the right shoe size. Many people wear the wrong shoe size
4. Shoe Sole - The Harder the sole the more the support but the least flexibility and vice-versa the softer sole, the least support but greatest flexibility.
5. Arch Support – Great for stability and less foot pain.
6. Style – That’s your choice!
