Q & A |

Do Innersoles make your shoes smaller? |
Innersoles Do Not make your shoe smaller but it can make it tighter.
A shoe with a removable innersole makes it easier to fit your orthotics.
You may find these tips useful: |
|
1. |
Remove existing insoles or footbed first. |
|
2. |
If your orthotic is too long, you can trim it at the "toe end" with a scissor. Use the existing insole or footbed as a template. |
|
3. |
Or even better get your innersole moulded by your podiatrist (some innersoles are mouldable such as PodiMe innersoles) |
|
It is important to choose a shoe with a good fastening such as laces, buckle or Velcro. Slip on shoes will not give you the support that you need. |
